About the Villa
The villa is situated on 2,600 sq m of land, landscaped with well-kept flower beds, lawns, a 12m by 6m swimming pool and 23 beautiful, antique olive trees. There is also plenty of parking space.

The villa is on two floors. The upper floor is occupied by the owners. The ground floor is divided into the two apartments that are for rent. These adjoin a patio, and a sunken garden with lawn and flowerbeds. It is a beautiful area, and a sun-trap in the Autumn and Winter, which make the apartments particularly pleasant to be in. It is shady in the summer thanks to a pergola covered with vines.
