About the Villa
The villa is situated on 2,600 sq. m. of land, landscaped with well-kept flower beds, lawns, a 12m by 7m swimming pool and 23 beautiful olive trees which are over 300 years old. There is also plenty of parking space.

The villa is on two floors. The upper floor is occupied by the owners. The ground floor is divided into the two apartments that are for rent. These adjoin a patio, and a sunken garden with lawn and flowerbeds. It is a beautiful area, and a sun-trap in the Autumn and Winter, which make the apartments particularly pleasant to be in. It is cool in the summer thanks to the villa’s location on the crest of a hill, 300 m. above sea level.
